Our Story
We grew up on Lake Martin. Hot summer days on the water, evenings on the screened porch, the kind of childhood you can't really explain to someone who didn't have it. We know what this place means to the people who come here.
We also know what it's like to spend a Sunday morning scrubbing floors and hauling trash when you should be on the water. That last day at the lake should feel like the first one, not a to-do list.
That's why we built The Lake Concierge. A comprehensive, year-round property concierge service for homeowners who want to walk through the door and just be here. Groceries stocked, house set up just the way you like it, water mat already on the water. Pre-arrival prep, post-stay chores, landscaping, off-season maintenance. Everything your home needs when you're not there, and everything you shouldn't have to think about when you are.
So how does it work?
First things first. We meet you at your home, walk the grounds, and talk through what you need. We want to understand how your family uses the home, what your expectations look like, and whether we're the right fit for each other. For those we do take on, you'll receive an invitation to our annual membership and access to your private member portal. From there, it's simple. A few taps and your request is in our hands. Whether it's cleaning up after a long weekend, covering your boat, washing down the porch so it's ready before you arrive, setting up for your 4th of July bash. Whatever you need, we'll handle it. And as we grow, so will our list of services. So keep an eye out in your portal.
Membership
Like most lake home owners, you spend most of your summer at the lake. We are here to make sure that when you arrive you can jump straight to the good part, and when it's time to go you can leave the mess to us. Before you arrive, we open the house — cushions out, boat uncovered, everything set the way you like it. After you leave, we close it back down. In between, we are keeping an eye on things, documenting conditions, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. We become your single point of contact for all of your home needs.
Concierge and On-Demand Services
When you become a TLC member, a full menu of on-demand and concierge services opens up to you — available whenever you need them, requested through your member portal or with a simple text. Whether you want groceries stocked before you arrive, your boat retrieved from the marina, or someone to watch the kids while you are out on the water, we handle it. Our concierge network is built on people we know personally — vetted providers who are familiar with life on Lake Martin and trusted by us before they ever step onto your property. There is no second subscription and no complicated process — you request it, we make it happen, and it is billed when used. The menu is always growing, and if there is something you need that is not on the list, just reach out — no request is something we cannot figure out.
